Weekly Home Watch
Scheduled interior and exterior inspections with a detailed, photographed report after every visit. Peace of mind, delivered weekly.
Our services
Every storm. Every season. Every detail. One local point of contact for the care of your North Fork home.
Our services
A common story from new owners: a week or two spent chasing down vendors just to get the house back in order. We step in as your single point of contact — frequent updates, always reachable — so your home is maintained and welcoming when you walk through the door.
We coordinate and meet cleaners, landscapers, HVAC techs, oil, plumbers and contractors — anything that needs someone on-site. One point of contact, so you don't take calls on your commute.
We visually inspect your property inside and out — HVAC, plumbing, appliances, pool equipment, exterior envelope — confirming everything remains in the condition you left it.
Preventative care is what preserves a North Fork home: power washing, gutters, seasonal turnover, pool and routine service. We schedule and oversee it on your behalf.
What we do
Services are tailored to your home and how you use it. What follows is where most of our owners begin.

Scheduled interior and exterior inspections with a detailed, photographed report after every visit. Peace of mind, delivered weekly.

Automatically triggered by defined weather events — named storms, high-wind advisories, hard freezes, flood warnings. We're on-site before it hits to secure the property, and back on-site after to document conditions and start the response.
What we do
These are our core services — the requests we hear most often. Every home and owner is different, so if there's something you need that isn't listed, just tell us and we'll arrange it.
Visual inspection of the interior for obvious issues — HVAC function, water leaks, humidity, temperature, alarms and more.
Roof, siding, screens, decks, pool water level and equipment, lawn, and overall curb appearance — everything the weather touches.
We check tire pressure, run the vehicle for 15–20 minutes and connect a trickle charger to the battery during long absences.
We meet contractors, tradespeople and deliveries at your home so work gets done and packages get inside — without you driving out or handing out a key.
Named on your alarm account as the local responder. When the siren trips at 2 a.m. or a service needs after-hours access, we're the ones who show up — so you don't have to drive out from your primary residence.
We collect, organize and forward mail to your preferred address, or scan it via email or text so nothing important waits.
A sample visit
This is a sample checklist. Our actual checklist runs into the hundreds of items and is customized to your unique property — inside, outside, and the small courtesies we handle while we're there.
More than a favor
A friend checking in is a kindness. It isn't a system. Home watch is a defined, repeatable process — the same rooms, the same equipment, the same checks, every single visit — so problems get caught early and nothing slips between owners, vendors and the calendar.
Well-meaning, but unscheduled, unrecorded, and rarely equipped to know what a slow leak, a failing sump pump or an early rot signal actually looks like.
They're here to cut grass — not to check breaker panels, HVAC drain lines, water pressure, humidity, appliances or the interior of your home.
Alerts you to problems. Cannot reset a breaker, mop a drain pan, meet a plumber, or walk the exterior after a storm.
A trained set of eyes on a defined cadence — interior and exterior — with a written, photographed report you (and your insurer) can rely on.
An insurance benefit
Insurers are increasingly scrutinizing second homes and vacant properties — and in many cases, requiring evidence that the home is being checked on a regular cadence. Some policies now reduce or deny coverage for water damage, freeze events or theft when a home sits unattended for extended periods.
Every visit is time-stamped, photographed and archived.
That documented record — a consistent schedule, dated photos, and written reports — is exactly what an adjuster, underwriter or attorney needs to see. It protects your coverage, supports your claim if something ever goes wrong, and gives you a paper trail your neighbor's spare-key visit never will.
